NMIC Development and Panattoni
The Port of Olympia has entered into a lease option agreement with Panattoni Development, a commercial real estate company, to develop 200 acres of Port property within the New Market Industrial Campus and approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial/industrial space over several years.
The Port and City of Tumwater agreed to negotiate a development agreement and enter into an interlocal agreement to address citizen concerns that have been expressed. The two jurisdictions are working together on an agreement but have not presented a draft agreement for consideration.
