East Bay District Overview

Located on downtown Olympia’s waterfront, East Bay is a redeveloped and revitalized area that formerly served industrial uses. Market District Overview

In the heart of downtown Olympia, the Market District is 17 acres of vibrant development for commercial and retail uses. It is home to the second largest farmers market in Washington State, fine dining, a wholesale coffee roaster, premier office and retail space, and the Port Plaza.
